Looking at it I think you got almost everything right. Guanciale ✅,, sauce sauce looking creamy without a drop of cream ✅, fresh grounded black pepper on the top ✅. What I can’t tell, but I’m gonna guess.. Linguine pasta… If so? ✅ and I hope you used Pecorino Romano. I’ll give it 9/10. Why? I like my sauce a bit thicker. It looks a bit runny, but I guess it would look different IRL. Well done.
